AINACS G K OLYMPIAD 2016
RULES AND REGULATIONS
GENERAL INFORMATION
The AINACS GK OLYMPIAD will be conducted for Classes 3 - 9.
Medium of AINACS GK OLYMPIAD will be English (for English Medium
Schools) and Gujarati (for Gujarati Medium Schools).
The exam centre will be candidate’s own school.
Date of exam – FRIDAY, 14 OCTOBER, 2016.
Reference material will be AINACS GK SOURCE BOOK OF EACH CLASS,
MATHS, SCIENCE AND SOCIAL STUDIES SYLLABUS OF EACH CLASS,
AND CURENT AFFAIRS FROM 1 JUNE, 2016.
Fifty percent of the questions will be from the AINACS GK Source book.
Questions will be based on different topics such as General Knowledge, Mental
Ability, Logical Reasoning, General Science, Current Affairs, Every day
Mathematics etc.
There will be 50 questions to be answered in 90 minutes. Questions will be
multiple choice OMR type. 10 minutes will be given extra for filling up details on
the OMR answer sheet.
REGISTRATION
Registration has to be done from the school in the given format.
Filled up Registration form along with the registration fees should reach the
AINACS office, Rajkot before 30 July 2016.
Please send the filled up Registration form along with the D.D. to ‘THE
PRESIDENT, AINACS OFFICE, P.B. NO. 1501, KALAWAD ROAD, RAJKOT,
360 005.’
REGISTRATION FEES
Registration fees and Test fees together will be Rs.100 per student. Schools can
retain Rs.15 per student for administrative expenses.
The price of AINACS GK Source book is Rs. 50 per book.
The total amount, after deducting the school’s commission, should be sent by
Cheque or D.D. drawn in favour of DIVYODAYA TRUST, AINACS payable at
Rajkot or by cash to AINACS Office. Please send it along with the registration
form to the above given address.
Please write the name of the school and the total number of participants on the
back side of D.D.
Please write “AINACS GK OLYMPIAD” on the cover in all communications.
AWARDS AND PRIZES
The First, Second and Third Prize winners of each class of each school will get
certificates, Special prizes and medals.
All the contestants who score more than 50% marks will get consolation prizes.
All the participants will get participation certificates.
All the participant schools will get school memento.
Since there is no second level exam this year, the First Prize winner of each
class among all the participating schools in the contest, will be awarded a cash
prize of Rs.3000/-.
Second Prize winner of each class among all the participating schools in the
contest will get a cash award of Rs.2500/-.
Third Prize winner of each class among all the participating schools in the
contest will get a cash award of Rs.2000/-.
All the Class teachers who register more than 30 students and all the Principals
and the in-charge teachers will get special gifts. Please mention their names
separately on the registration form.
